How Online Casino Gaming Works

Open the registration form and enter your full name, email address, date of birth, home address with an Alberta postal code, phone number and a password. You must be 18 or older, and you confirm that you accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Each person may hold only one account, and the details you enter should match your government ID, because we check them in the next step.

In the Verification tab of My Account, enter your legal name, choose a document type (driver's licence, passport or Alberta photo ID card), give the last four characters of the document number and confirm that your address matches it. Your status then moves from Unverified to Pending while the details are reviewed, and to Verified only after the identity, age and address checks pass. Withdrawals and real-money play stay closed until you are verified.

You must be physically located in Alberta to access real-money casino games. When you run the location check, your browser asks permission to share your device location, and our server compares those coordinates with the provincial boundary. An IP address on its own is never treated as enough, and your location is checked again before each game session, so travelling outside the province pauses play until you return.

Once your identity is verified, open the Withdrawal tab, enter an amount up to your available balance and send the request. The amount is set aside from your balance and the request appears in your transaction history as Pending while it is reviewed. Processing time depends on the method and on whether any further checks are needed; withdrawals are not available while a time-out or self-exclusion is running.
